Introduction & Acknowledgment

By clicking "I Agree", you acknowledge:

  • You may use this OS/software but not modify, redistribute, or tamper with core components.
  • Unauthorized modifications may result in legal and functional consequences.
  • Your environment is monitored — builds are signature-verified on every boot.
  • Violations will result in functionality blocks or legal actions globally.

1. License Grant
  • XYnovaethrix grants the end-user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its software and services.
  • License is limited to personal, educational, or authorized professional use unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • No rights are transferred beyond the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling XYnovaethrix software is prohibited.
  • Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sublicensing software without explicit permission is prohibited.
  • Modification or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
  • Software may not be used for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.
  • Circumventing licensing, security, or access controls is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
  • All XYnovaethrix software, code, graphics, logos, and content are exclusive intellectual property.
  • Users retain no ownership rights.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
4. User Responsibilities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and license keys.
  • Ensure device and network security.
  • Report vulnerabilities, breaches, or misuse promptly to XYnovaethrix.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
  • XYnovaethrix may collect usage data, analytics, and device information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Users consent to lawful data processing for functionality, improvement, and security purposes.
  • Data collection respects global privacy laws, including GDPR and local regulations.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
  • Software and services are provided "as-is".
  • XYnovaethrix makes no warranties regarding performance, reliability, or suitability.
  • Users assume all risks associated with software usage.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • XYnovaethrix and its affiliates, employees, or partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Includes but is not limited to data loss, system downtime, financial loss, or third-party claims.
8. Termination
  • License may be terminated immediately for violation of this EULA or associated policies.
  • Upon termination, users must cease use and delete all copies of software and related materials.
  • Termination does not waive legal rights to pursue damages.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • Governing law is the Founder’s jurisdiction.
  • Disputes are resolved under the Internal Constitution and legal agreements.
10. Amendments
  • XYnovaethrix may update this EULA at any time.
  • Updates take effect upon posting.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version.

Private Global License & Rules

All content in this OS/software—including software, scripts, configurations, assets, source code, compiled binaries, documents, metadata, and system behaviors—is proprietary to the Founder.

  • Non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use this system is granted.
  • 🚫 You may NOT modify, reverse engineer, fork, extract, decode, patch, recompile, redistribute, bypass security checks, or clone this OS.
  • ✅ Only the creator has full rights to edit, sell, license, or distribute globally.
  • Violations trigger global system trace, remote disabling, and legal penalties under international cyber laws.

Rules:

  1. No tampering with system code.
  2. All apps, settings, and tools are protected.
  3. System auto-monitors for license violations.
  4. Global digital law compliance is required.
