These User Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by XYnovaethrix. By accessing, registering, or using any XYnovaethrix service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

ARTICLE I – DEFINITIONS

ARTICLE III – ACCEPTABLE USE

ARTICLE IV – USER CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Users retain ownership of their original content. 2. Users grant XYnovaethrix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display content as required to operate services. 3. Users are solely responsible for content they submit. 4. XYnovaethrix is not responsible for user-generated content.

ARTICLE V – PLATFORM RIGHTS & ENFORCEMENT
XYnovaethrix reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage - Remove content - Restrict, suspend, or terminate access - Modify or discontinue services - Apply automated or manual enforcement
No enforcement delay constitutes waiver.

ARTICLE VI – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. All platform software, systems, branding, and designs are the property of XYnovaethrix. 2. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. 3. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

ARTICLE VII – MONETIZATION & ADVERTISING
1. Services may include ads, sponsorships, or paid features. 2. Monetization methods are disclosed transparently. 3. Users acknowledge monetization as part of service provision.

ARTICLE VIII – PRIVACY & DATA
