1. XYnovaethrix, its founders, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for: - Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform usage - Losses due to user errors, third-party integrations, or external services - Delays, interruptions, or unavailability of services 2. Users, developers, and partners assume responsibility for proper use of services in accordance with Terms of Service and applicable laws.
