This Revenue & Trust Framework defines how XYnovaethrix generates, manages, protects, distributes, reports, and safeguards revenue while maintaining user trust, regulatory compliance, platform integrity, and permanent founder control.

This framework is designed to: - Be acceptable to global ad networks (e.g., Google AdSense) - Be transparent to partners, sponsors, and regulators - Protect founder authority and platform sovereignty - Support scalable, multi-entity monetization

ARTICLE I – CORE PRINCIPLES

1. Founder-Controlled Revenue Sovereignty All revenue systems operate under Founder authority as defined in the Internal Constitution.

2. Transparency Without Exposure Financial clarity is provided without disclosing sensitive internal control logic.

3. User Trust First Monetization shall never intentionally exploit, deceive, or harm users.

4. Legal & Ethical Compliance Revenue activities comply with applicable international, regional, and local laws.

5. Entity-Based Modularity Each XYnovaethrix Entity may generate revenue independently under this framework.
