INTERNAL CONSTITUTION (CLASSIFIED)

PREAMBLE

This Internal Constitution establishes the supreme authority, control mechanisms, succession rules, and irrevocable founder protections of XYnovaethrix. In the event of any conflict, this Constitution shall override all public documents, by-laws, policies, and agreements.

ARTICLE I – FOUNDER SOVEREIGNTY CLAUSE (PERMANENT)

1. The Founder of XYnovaethrix shall retain permanent, irrevocable, and supreme authority over: - Vision, mission, and strategic direction - Ownership of intellectual property - Appointment and removal of councils, executives, and administrators - Approval or rejection of mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, or restructures

2. Founder authority cannot be diluted, transferred, overridden, or challenged by: - Votes - Investments - Donations - Partnerships - Jurisdictional requirements (except where legally unavoidable)

3. Any document, contract, or agreement conflicting with Founder authority is null and void.

ARTICLE II – OWNERSHIP & CONTROL LOCK

1. All core systems, brands, domains, source code, data architectures, algorithms, and trademarks remain under Founder Custodianship. 2. Even in for-profit or non-profit registrations, ultimate beneficial control remains with the Founder. 3. No equity, token, or stake may grant governing control without explicit Founder authorization.

ARTICLE III – SUCCESSION & LEGACY PROTOCOL

1. Founder may designate: - A Successor - A Line of Succession - A Governing Trust or Custodian Entity

2. Succession designations may be: - Written - Encrypted - Smart-contract based - Sealed digital instruction

3. In absence of public designation, private sealed instructions shall prevail.

ARTICLE IV – CORE COUNCIL STRUCTURE

1. The Core Council exists to advise, not override the Founder. 2. Council members serve at the discretion of the Founder. 3. Founder holds unilateral veto power.

ARTICLE V – ENTITY CHARTER AUTHORITY

1. Each XYnovaethrix Entity operates under: - Its own charter - This Internal Constitution

2. Entity leaders are custodians, not owners.

ARTICLE VI – CONFIDENTIALITY & SECRECY

1. Internal governance logic, automation thresholds, revenue routing, and control mechanisms are classified. 2. Unauthorized disclosure constitutes grounds for immediate termination and legal action.

ARTICLE VII – EMERGENCY POWERS

Founder may: - Suspend services - Override systems - Dissolve entities - Reassign assets

Without prior notice during emergencies.

ARTICLE VIII – IRREVOCABILITY

These clauses are irrevocable unless amended by the Founder themselves.
