Scope: Applies to all educational institutions, teachers, students, and researchers requesting licenses to use XYnovaethrix software, APIs, content, and digital services.

1️⃣ PURPOSE

The Educational License Application allows qualified educational entities to obtain legal, authorized access to XYnovaethrix resources for learning, teaching, or research purposes under controlled, compliant conditions.

2️⃣ ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must meet the following criteria: 1. Be an accredited educational institution, officially registered teacher, or enrolled student. 2. Provide proof of status (e.g., institution ID, teacher certification, student enrollment documents). 3. Agree to comply with XYnovaethrix usage, copyright, and IP policies.

1. License granted is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. 2. Permitted uses include: - Classroom instruction - Academic research and study - Educational projects or assessments 3. Prohibited uses include: - Commercial resale or distribution - Modification or reverse engineering beyond educational demonstration - Sharing with non-authorized users

1. Educational licenses may involve user accounts, data usage, and access logs. 2. All data collection complies with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and local laws). 3. Students and teachers’ data are protected and not used for commercial purposes.
