Educational License Agreement
Effective Date: 31 December 2025
Scope: Applies to all approved educational institutions, teachers, students, and researchers using XYnovaethrix software, APIs, content, and digital services.
Authority Hierarchy: Internal Constitution → User Terms of Service → Contributor & Developer Agreement → Educational License

1️⃣ LICENSE GRANT
1. XYnovaethrix grants the educational licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use software, content, and digital resources for educational purposes only. 2. License includes access to learning materials, APIs, educational tools, and select software features as specified in the approval.

2️⃣ PERMITTED USES
1. Classroom instruction and teaching 2. Academic research and projects 3. Student assignments and exercises 4. Internal institutional assessments
All usage must comply with XYnovaethrix policies, including Usage Policy, Copyright Policy, and Privacy Policy.

3️⃣ PROHIBITED USES
1. Commercial sale, redistribution, or profit-making from licensed materials 2. Sharing access with unauthorized individuals or institutions 3. Modification, reverse engineering, or decompiling of software 4. Use in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities

4️⃣ ACCOUNT AND CREDENTIALS
1. Educational licensees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. 2. Shared or public distribution of credentials is prohibited. 3. XYnovaethrix may deactivate accounts for policy violations.

5️⃣ DATA AND PRIVACY
1. Licensees may generate usage data, learning analytics, and activity logs. 2. Data is collected and processed according to XYnovaethrix Privacy Policy. 3. Students’ and teachers’ personal information is protected and used strictly for educational purposes.

6️⃣ TERM AND TERMINATION
1. License term is as specified in the approval letter or portal notification. 2. License may be revoked for violation of terms or misuse. 3. Upon termination, licensee must cease use and delete all copies of software and materials.

7️⃣ SUPPORT AND UPDATES
1. Educational licensees receive support through the Education Portal. 2. Updates to software and materials may be provided as part of the license. 3. XYnovaethrix is not liable for interruptions, errors, or content changes.

8️⃣ LIABILITY
1. XYnovaethrix is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from educational license use. 2. Licensees assume responsibility for maintaining secure systems and compliance.

9️⃣ GOVERNING LAW
1. This Educational License Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the Founder’s jurisdiction. 2. Disputes are resolved under the Internal Constitution and legal agreements.

10️⃣ AMENDMENTS
- XYnovaethrix may update this Educational License at any time. - Updates take effect upon posting. - Licensees are responsible for complying with the latest version.
