These terms establish transparent, lawful, and ethical procedures for accepting, processing, allocating, and reporting donations and grants, while protecting donor trust and organizational integrity.

2️⃣ ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE
1. Donations and grants are accepted at the sole discretion of XYnovaethrix. 2. XYnovaethrix reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or return any donation or grant that: - Violates applicable laws or sanctions - Fails AML/KYC requirements - Presents reputational, legal, or security risks 3. Acceptance does not imply endorsement of the donor or granting entity.

3️⃣ DONOR & GRANTOR VERIFICATION
1. Identity verification may be required based on amount, frequency, or risk profile. 2. Enhanced due diligence applies to high-value or high-risk contributions. 3. Anonymous donations may be limited or declined depending on jurisdiction.

4️⃣ USE OF FUNDS
1. Donations and grants are used to support: - Platform development and maintenance - Research, education, and innovation initiatives - Infrastructure, security, and compliance 2. Restricted donations are honored where explicitly agreed in writing. 3. XYnovaethrix retains discretion to reallocate funds if original purposes become impractical or unlawful.

5️⃣ TRANSPARENCY & REPORTING
1. Aggregate donation and grant data may be published in transparency reports. 2. Individual donor information is protected under the Privacy Policy and DPA. 3. Grant usage reports may be provided to grantors where contractually required.

6️⃣ REFUNDS & REVERSALS
1. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or error. 2. Refund requests must be submitted within applicable legal timelines. 3. Fraudulent or disputed transactions are investigated and handled per payment provider rules.

7️⃣ TAX & LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. Donors are responsible for determining tax deductibility in their jurisdiction. 2. XYnovaethrix does not provide tax advice. 3. Official receipts may be issued where legally required.

8️⃣ RECORD KEEPING
1. Maintain donation and grant records for at least 7 years. 2. Records include donor verification (where applicable), amounts, dates, and usage categories. 3. Records are secured and access-restricted.

9️⃣ MISUSE & ENFORCEMENT
1. Any attempt to misuse donation systems results in immediate action, including reporting to authorities if required. 2. Internal misuse triggers disciplinary and legal consequences.
