Scope: Applies to all developers, contributors, and partners using XYnovaethrix APIs, software, code libraries, and digital services.

1️⃣ LICENSE GRANT
1. XYnovaethrix grants developers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use APIs, SDKs, libraries, and tools for development, integration, or contribution. 2. License includes testing, deployment, and contribution to XYnovaethrix projects, following this agreement and related policies.

2️⃣ PERMITTED USES
1. Developing applications, integrations, or enhancements using XYnovaethrix APIs and resources. 2. Contributing code, plugins, or extensions in compliance with Contributor Guidelines. 3. Academic, research, or internal development purposes approved under Developer License.

3️⃣ PROHIBITED USES
1. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with core XYnovaethrix code or systems. 2. Sharing license keys, API tokens, or credentials with unauthorized parties. 3. Using resources for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes. 4. Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities or bypass access controls. 5. Unauthorized commercialization of XYnovaethrix code or services.

4️⃣ CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Developers must maintain professional, respectful, and ethical conduct. 2. Collaboration must be inclusive, free of harassment or discrimination. 3. All contributions must comply with global laws, privacy, IP rights, and platform policies. 4. Violations may result in revocation of developer access and legal actions.

5️⃣ PRIVACY POLICY & DATA USE
1. Developers must comply with XYnovaethrix Privacy Policy. 2. Collected data must be used strictly for development, testing, or integration purposes. 3. Personal or sensitive user data cannot be harvested, stored, or shared outside authorized scope. 4. Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable local laws is mandatory.

6️⃣ CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
1. Developers grant XYnovaethrix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute submitted code or contributions. 2. Contributions remain property of the developer unless explicitly transferred under written agreement. 3. All contributions must be original or properly licensed.

7️⃣ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. All XYnovaethrix IP, code, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of XYnovaethrix. 2. Developer contributions must not infringe third-party IP rights. 3. Violations may result in legal action and termination of license.

8️⃣ SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
1. Developer resources, documentation, and support are provided via the official Developer Portal. 2. Updates, patches, and notices will be communicated through official channels. 3. XYnovaethrix is not liable for issues arising from third-party integrations or external deployments.

9️⃣ TERMINATION
1. License may be terminated for violations of terms, code of conduct, or legal requirements. 2. Upon termination, developers must cease using all XYnovaethrix resources and delete related materials. 3. Termination does not waive XYnovaethrix rights to pursue legal remedies.

10️⃣ LIABILITY LIMITATION
1. XYnovaethrix is not liable for any damages, data loss, or financial losses resulting from use of developer resources. 2. Developers assume responsibility for secure handling of API keys, credentials, and code.

11️⃣ GOVERNING LAW
- This Developer License is governed by the laws applicable to the Founder’s jurisdiction. - Disputes are resolved under the Internal Constitution and legal agreements.

12️⃣ AMENDMENTS
- XYnovaethrix may update this Developer License at any time. - Updates take effect upon posting. - Developers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the latest version.
