Content Moderation & Community Guidelines

Scope: Applies to all users, developers, contributors, and platforms within XYnovaethrix globally.

Purpose: Establish rules and procedures for acceptable content, community behavior, and enforcement to maintain a safe, legal, and productive environment.

1️⃣ ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

1. All content must comply with international laws and XYnovaethrix policies. 2. Permitted content includes: - Educational materials - Developer resources - Platform-related discussions and feedback - Public announcements and user-generated constructive content 3. Content must not include: - Hate speech, harassment, or bullying - Pornography or sexually explicit content - Promotion of violence, illegal activities, or terrorism - Malware, phishing links, or security threats

2️⃣ USER BEHAVIOR

1. Users must respect other community members and XYnovaethrix staff. 2. Spamming, trolling, impersonation, and malicious activity are prohibited. 3. Contributors must maintain professional standards when publishing or coding.

3️⃣ MODERATION PROCEDURES

1. Content is reviewed using automated systems and human moderators. 2. Reports from users are investigated promptly. 3. Actions may include: - Warning to user or contributor - Temporary suspension of account - Permanent termination for severe or repeated violations

4️⃣ ENFORCEMENT GUIDELINES

1. Violations are documented and stored in the moderation log. 2. Users may appeal moderation decisions within 14 days. 3. Final decisions are made by XYnovaethrix moderation team and may involve Executive Board review for severe cases.

5️⃣ USER AND CONTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide accurate and truthful information in profiles and submissions. 2. Follow platform rules and community guidelines. 3. Cooperate with moderation and investigation procedures.

6️⃣ REPORTING AND FEEDBACK

1. Users can report violations via official channels: https://xynovaethrix.org/report 2. Feedback is encouraged to improve moderation policies. 3. Moderation team maintains transparency with periodic reporting on enforcement actions.

7️⃣ PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

1. Reports and moderation records are treated confidentially. 2. User data is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and DPA.

8️⃣ AMENDMENTS

1. XYnovaethrix may update guidelines to address emerging issues or legal requirements. 2. Updates take effect upon posting and users/contributors are responsible for compliance.

9️⃣ PUBLIC VS CLASSIFIED VERSIONS

1. Public Version: Summarized content rules, behavior expectations, and moderation procedures. 2. Classified Version: Detailed enforcement logs, internal procedures, and moderator instructions.
